Need help getting the Sims 3 64bit for Mac OS

So I've been recently trying to play the sims 3 (32 bit) on my iMac but every time I open the game either it closes right away or it load then begins to flash white, and since I have history of seizu...

    DreamiiMochi​  Yes, your computer can run the game fine.  To cut through a lot of potential issues at once, please create a new admin account on your Mac and try playing there.  When creating the account, don't link it to your Apple ID (you can skip that step).  Open the EA App and repair the game (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair), then see whether you can play.

    If that doesn't work, try forcing the game to launch in windowed mode.  Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3, click cmd-F and search for fullscreen, and set it to 0 (zero).

    And to be clear, you already have the 64-bit version installed, or it wouldn't open at all on your Mac.

DreamiiMochi​  Let's make sure the game would actually run on your computer first.  For that, please click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner of the screen, select About This Mac, and post everything you see there, including the OS, except for the serial number.

    Hi!! Sorry for the late reply, I recently moved states. However I checked and this is what I seen, I know there is a way to play it with my current os since I'll need the 64-bit version. But I have no idea how to get the 64 bit version.
