@puzzlezaddictIt states that it has registered a problem and it wants me to fix it with WaaSMedicService and I know I don't have that in my regedit and some other info my windows 11 is a dual-boot. I don't know if it has something to do with that
@Leliel2000 Just to be totally clear, did you see this error when running the troubleshooter or trying a repair install? If this happened while running the troubleshooter, did you try a repair install anyway, and how did that go?

When I run the troubleshooter it's said that it registered a problem with windows updates and to solve it with WaasMedicService but I know I don't have that.
- Checking for problems with Windows updates
- Detects problems related to windows update.
- Fix problem with Windows update
- Fix common problems with windows update
- WaasMedicService
- Problems remedied by: Dynamic Protection Plugin

"WaasMedicService" is a service that is part of Windows since Windows 10. It is without a doubt on your system as well.
The purpose of "WaasMedicService" is to repair Windows Update components.
And from the look of your screenshot it did exactly that.
Look if Windows updates is functionally now. (New updates should get installed now.)
