Need help with sims 3, it will not open (windows 11)

Hey I am having some problems with sims 3. I have tried everything in some of the previous post, but nothing has work so far. I will put the dxdiag in the bottom, so I can hopefully got some help.

When I run the troubleshooter it's said that it registered a problem with windows updates and to solve it with WaasMedicService but I know I don't have that.

  • Checking for problems with Windows updates
  • Detects problems related to windows update.
  •  
  • Fix problem with Windows update
  • Fix common problems with windows update
  •  
  • WaasMedicService
  •  
  • Problems remedied by: Dynamic Protection Plugin

"WaasMedicService" is a service that is part of Windows since Windows 10. It is without a doubt on your system as well.

The purpose of "WaasMedicService" is to repair Windows Update components.

And from the look of your screenshot it did exactly that.

Look if Windows updates is functionally now. (New updates should get installed now.)

    @holger1405 So I finally got it working, after I restarted my whole computer for the bottom (keept my files)
