I got double charged for multiple items and the EA help service told me to post on here to receive help. I was buying a world on the sims 3 store and it charged me multiple times for the same items, ...

    Hi there @libsterk so sorry to hear you've been charged multiple times for this! 

    Here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account details to refund the points for this duplicate charge, so you would need to reach back out to the live support team so they can get that refund processed for you. I'd recommend reaching out to the support team via Twitter or Facebook. Feel free to attach this conversation when you contact in so the team has something to reference.
