No plan outfit option
Hi, I have no plan outfit option on all dressers but I still have change clothing option. I've had this problem for a while and have tried manually uninstalling it but it still doesn't show up.

yes but I have tried without mods and using sims 3 dashboard for corrupt files.
Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/ anyways.
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
