No serial code in the order confirmation email
Hello I purchased Sims 3 Island Paradise on Origin and have NO SERIAL CODE in my confirmation email so I can't install it. I only have a serial code for Carnaval Costume Pack.

Check your spam folder or check on the origin client.
Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there. Product code = serial code = registration code
