Dear Rhyai,
Here is my dxdiag and I was wondering if my sound drivers are out of date, if you would be so kind as to linking me to the one I need to download. I don't want to click the wrong thing if my sound drivers are out of date. Thanks so much in advance!

Your audio driver is outdated with a listed date of 4/11/2009. If you feel comfortable attempting an audio driver update, I recommend visiting the website of the system manufacturer of your computer, Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. in this case, to see if there are any available updates for your specific model and setup. Make certain that the date and version number of the driver on the website, is later than the ones highlighted in red and green in this post. If not, then I recommend waiting to see what suggestion/solution that EA will come up with.
In the mean time, you can also check your in-game audio settings in the 'Option' menu under the speaker tab, and try setting your audio quality to 'high' and making sure that you have selected the proper speaker setup for your audio configuration.
This is the closest that I can get you to the driver with a link:
http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3468&dl=1#
From here, click on the 'downloads' tab (about mid page), let the 'Download type' 'Driver' selection remain, and in 'Choose your OS' select 'Windows Vista 32bit'. A list of drivers should pop up under where you just entered the previous information with the audio driver being listed at the top. From here you would simply choose your preferred location to download from which will initiate the download, and then install the new driver following the on-screen instructions.
I should make a note that currently you are using a generic Microsoft audio driver, however the driver offered for your specific model and setup on the Gigabyte website is a fairly recent Realtek audio driver. I don't foresee any problems in making the switch over, but I also cannot 100% guarantee it. If you do experience an unanticipated issue, it is pretty easy to revert back to the driver that you were previously using, but I am going to leave the final decision up to you. If you have any hesitation at all about performing this driver update, then I recommending waiting a few weeks to see if EA will come up with an alternative suggestion or patch that will address the issue, as it is a bit of a coin toss when it comes to who is able to successfully resolve their 'no sound bug' through a driver update.
