You are currently running the most recent driver that HP offers for your specific model and setup. You'll have to wait and see what suggestion/solution that EA will come up with.
In the mean time, you can check your in-game audio settings in the 'Option' menu under the speaker tab, and try setting your audio quality to 'high' and make sure that you have selected the proper speaker setup for your audio configuration.
