'No Sound Bug' Troubleshooting Assistance: What We Know And What Can Be Done About It

I haven't had this issue much but it seems to occur more frequently at the beach in in Starlight Shores.(2 out of the 3 times it has happened to me it was at the beach lot) Has anyone else noticed this?(maybe it has something to do with the jukebox)

I also noticed that the song oogie oogie(or whatever it is called) seems to suffer the same out of sync audio issue as Karaoke machines because the animation will start but the singing won't start for a couple seconds however when the singing does start it sounds like the beginning of a song.
