Hey @jasonlw76latrobe, If you prefer you can contact an adsisor, you can also attach your MSINFO and DXDIAG files to your case, this might help us identify the issue.
Its very simple to do:
DxDiag:
1- Press the Windows button + R at the same time.
2- Type "dxdiag" and then press "enter" ( The disgnostic tool for DirectX, will open.
3- Press the button "save all information" (Save it on your desktop and name it as "dxdiag")
MsInfo:
1 - Press “Windows + R”.
2 - Type “MSINFO32” and press ENTER.
3 - Press “File” >> “Export” and save it.
4 - Then you just have to attach both files to your EA ticket.
