@Liketoplaygames Does your computer run Windows or macOS? The 64-bit Mac version of Sims 3 requires a different set of "entitlements," as they're called, and sometimes these entitlements don't get applied. The one for the Katy Perry pack can't be added anymore because of licensing issues, but the other expansion and stuff packs should be fine.
Monte Vista is a Store world and is handled differently. Please see the first post of this thread:

For the rest, please list the packs that aren't available.
There's no way to play the EA App version of Sims 3 without at least a temporary internet connection. You'd need discs, and a Windows PC (or a very old Mac), and the base game disc would need to have been manufactured prior to September 2012.

Thank you for the info.
I don't care what they are doing, I have spent a serious amount of money on these games. Sims1 Sims2 Sims 3 Sims 4 all or most of the available extras. Sims for all the available game systems. Sims mobile and Sims freeplay.
I expect them to work whenever I have a computer or system that will play them. If they wont let my version work but still offer it as a option to buy it? I don't accept that. I purchased Monte Cristo as an example. Its not available in my games on the EA app unless I buy it again? Dragons?ETC Everything was working last time I signed off. If they are going to mess with what
works and bring a new app that 100 percent replaces it, I expect them to be the ones stressing over making all my games work. If they are going to from here on out force everyone to play online then they need to know that's what they are buying into. Except for Mobile and Freeplay none of these games when I started playing them required being online. I bought them to play that way. Whatever their issues are with Katy Perry not my problem. If they cant keep the games they sell available they shouldn't even go there from the start.
Thank you for your time and expertise on the subject.

@Liketoplaygames Again, you don't need to buy Monte Vista (not Cristo) again, or Dragon Valley. You need to install the worlds through the Sims 3 Store. The thread I linked has more information.
The Katy Perry issue is just how licensing works.
And again, Windows or macOS?

I use Windows.
There are multiple expansions, sets and individual items they wont give me access to or acknowledge that I own in their new app, Would have been just fine to have left Origin in place at least I had everything I paid for. I have paid thousands for Sims content since they started. Probably more then most any other game. I just want it to work without issues.
Thank you for your responses.
I actually was able to get Katy Perry to work. About the only one so far.
I have played the Sims games more offline over the years then online. They have changed that and I don't appreciate it.
