@mzriskalot - too right!
Would it be expecting too much for the company who make the game to post some kind of statement and official response? EA developed the game and chose to wrap it in Cider rather than licence it to Aspyr to port over to Macs, as they did for TS1 and TS2.
Customer service don't have a clue and to tell people to revert back to Snow Leopard is lazy. It's just reinforcing what we are all suspecting, that there is next to none support for Mac users and we are seen as second rate customers.
The best thing EA can do is apologise PROPERLY and give us a straightforward answer. Their lack of concern and activity on this forum is deafening.
I would rather be six months behind Windows users and wait for a decent port of the game, than having to feel like I'm constantly banging my head against a brick wall.
