Outerwear not working

Try editing the outerwear to see if that works by using plan outfit on the dresser

tried changing the hole outfit to another pair of pants & coat but won't change into outerwear.  Doesn't matter none of the sims in my game change into their outerwear.  All the sims in my town don't wear their outerwear, they could be in their swimwear getting out of hot tube of sleep wear going outside they just don't change to outerwear.

Are you using any mods in your game ? Have you tried a new game to see if you have the same issue (just for troubleshooting purposes) ?

I have made 2 new games all the same, outerwear doesn't work.  Outwear wasn't working before any mods were put in.  But I had the mods out for a week still the outerwear didn't work.
