LonaBoom Saves are user files, not program files. As I said before, there is no way OneDrive could do anything to the program files unless the player installed the game into a folder that OneDrive touches. Even in that case, it would be extremely unlikely for the base game to be entirely intact while the packs show in the launcher but don't load.
