Packs not showing on sims 3 launcher

Hello, 6 of my 7 packs do not show on my sims launcher but are on my EA app. When i click on install the packs not showing it just brings me back to the Sims 3 page on the EA app. I uninstalled the...

Which packs specifically are you having issues with? Did you previously have two separate EA accounts merged together?

Hi EA_Solaire 

It's Showtime, Ambitions and Pets I have issues with. Yes, it was after my two accounts was merged I got the problem. Is it a common issue after a merge?

    Thanks for those details! If you're seeing this after an account merge, that sounds like the live support team will need to manually re-add these packs to your account. This isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but you can contact live support here to have them sort this for you.

    I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further details to reference.
