Pets redeem

Question

I recently purchase the Pets which had "bonus content" and a serial number to use to activate it using the URL .../incentive/petsredeem. I received an error when I attempt to go to this page. *Best cheesy voice* But wait, that's not all! Now that I've closed and reopened the Origin app on my PC I can view purchase history but the bit about the 'bonus' downloadable content and any serial number associated with it are gone. ⚽Any idea where I can find this serial number? 🏈If found, where do I go to actually redeem it.

As I purchased the game through Origin app (PC) the receipt immediately following my purchase is where the info was listed in regards to the bonus content.

Try to redeem the code here: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html where it says redeem a code.

Not sure if the code still works though. Pets bonus content has expired in my opinion.

If it doesn't work, try if a game advisor is willing to give it to you anyways

That's it! it worked. The receipt said to go to thesims3.com/incentive/petsredeemyour solution worked and XP given your way
