Pixellated/discolored screen with Edge Smoothing on

is anyone having an issue where you put edge smoothing on and your screen goes like this when you reload the game.

    @1345annie  Please delete options.ini from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3.  Launch the game to the Main Menu, enable Edge Smoothing, set your in-game resolution to 1920x1080 or below, change to windowed mode (cmd-enter), and quit.  Don't change any other settings.  Reload and let me know if you get the same error.

    @1345annie  Great to hear, thanks for letting me know.  From now on, please only change one or two graphics settings at a time, always at the Main Menu, and always quit to desktop after the change and before loading a save.  If you see the same issue, please let me know which setting(s) you just changed, and what the original and new values were.

    I split your posts since it's a slightly different issue and an easy fix; hopefully people will find the info more easily this way.

    1. I push command return and it does nothing. I can’t get it into windowed mode :/
