The irritating thing about this is that he has been reported numerous times, there have been threads dedicated to his plagiarism and in just about every single instance he openly admits to the offense and merely quotes parts of the TOS as his defense.
WHY is this account still active? It is not just about plagiarizing but also harassment.

It is irritating I agree 100%! I would like to know why he hasn't been dealt with before?

The link above does not work. Plagiarism has been a problem for some time. Moderators are slow to react and EA is even slower to respond. I can only recommend to keep reporting the user. Moderators on thesims3.com site have very limited abilities and EA does not police the forums that well (my opinion) although it has been better as of late. Today anything I put into the public domain I expect to see it copied and or mutilated as the case may be. This comes with the times. Many people today have downloaded copyrighted music (guilty) that they didn't pay for. It's become so common that many people now don't see anything wrong with it today. I agree there should be a better distribution methodfor user created items. Someone should create a site where some charge should be applied to download items. This will stop many of the people who download and redistribute as their own (they won't pay for it). Just an idea.
