paigekotecki The Resource.cfg file doesn't do anything on its own. It's necessary for mods to work, so taking it out would prevent the game from loading your mods, but that's all. Still, if you think your copy is corrupted, you can get a new one from various places, including here:

With the fresh copy, let me know what happens when you run the MC command. And keep in mind you can place a computer outside a building if you have to.
