@juice_XD_XD Yes, it could be a problem with the save. Try to load a backup version of this save instead. Even if you never made one, the game itself keeps the files from the second to last time you saved. Go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves, and you'll see a folder with your save name, and another folder with the same name and a .backup extension. So if your save is SunsetValley, you'll see SunsetValley.sims3 and SunsetValley.sims3.backup. Change the name and delete the .backup extension, and you'll be able to load it from the Main Menu.
If the backup save does load all the way, it's a good idea to immediately use "save as" to rename the save to something else, so the original backup remains intact while you play forward under a new name. That way, you'll still have a backup if something goes wrong again.
