12 years agoThere are several different things you can do:
- Exit Origin and open it again.
- If that does not help you, de-install Origin and re-install it again. Here the download link for Windows, here the one for Mac.
- If that does not help you, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
Please keep also in mind that some countries like UK or Ireland have their release tomorrow. When you mouse over the tile for the game in your Origin client, it should show you your release date.
