MaxsouTheGamer Store content can only be registered on and downloaded from the Sims 3 Store site. If your code works there (use the Redeem a Code button at the bottom of the page), the content should show up in your purchase history. If it doesn't work, I don't think EA customer support has any way to add it to your account now, unfortunately.
