Problem sending gifts in-game

I've been having a problem with gifting in- game and was wondering, if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. I get an error message saying that I have exceeded my limit, which is 5 gifts a day and I have not been sending any gifts for the last 2 months. I must mention, that I recently re-installed Showtime on my Pc and I only started having this problem since then. Any suggestions or advice would be welcome
