HELP HELP HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have recently gotten a new computer one without a disc drive and so I downloaded my sims 3 via origin I then also reedeamed a new expansion pack with its code called "in to the furure" however it is saying I has been downloaded and is ready however when ever I click to play it all I can do is the basic sims 3 world. someone pls help !!!!!!!!!!
in your launcher does the pack show up and is ticked in for playing see image for example...if so
oasis landing is a sub hood like uni or world adventures a time portal will appear on your lot if the lot is big enough if not the portal will appear in the world you are playing you then inspect the time portal which makes emit the time traveler appear he gives you a small quest to gather 5 power cells that appear near you pick them up give them to emit he will fix the portal he also gives you a time almanac then you travel to the future world oasis by clicking on the portal , the only difference with oasis landing is you can stay there as long as you want (unlike with WA or UNI you only stay x amount of days there) if the portal does not appear in your world within 24 sim hours then you can buy one from build/buy if you don't want to wait for it to appear (the portal usually appears immediately and you get a notice about it appearing in your world go to map view to see if it is your world you are playing in then send your sim to inspect the portal )
