Problem worlds have disappeared

I would be glad if you guys could help me out. I launched Sims 3, selected my family, and it says there was an error, so I started to deal with it. It turned out that the cities disappeared, I tried to turn off the cloud storage, but it doesn't turn off the document, lol. So, as I understand it, I need to download the cities from the base game? And where to download them will be grateful!
