Product code already redeemed - code already in use....? Origin Sims 3

I originally installed The Sims 3 without issue but had hadware issues that ultimately led to unistalling it. I am now tying to re-install and I get an error stating the redemtion code fo the disk is already in use. Need help please?!?!?!!?

  • Are you installing the download version or the disc one ? There's no need to redeem any codes again, you just redownload from the Origin client and the installation process will ask you for your code again but there it should work.

    5. Select Category: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
    6. Select Platform: PC
    7. Click Find solution
    8. Scroll down and click I still need help
    9. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
