Purchased Hidden Springs and Lucky Palms but cannot play

Hi Simmer!

So I purchased Hidden Springs and Lucky Palms from the store download and installed - these both showed as successful, but when I open the game they do not come us as a town to play in. I have contacted EA but they are not overall helpful. 

Does anyone have any suggestions? 

I'm not particularly tech savvy so any step by step instructions would be much appreciated. I am playing on a PC
