Redeem a code error

I just purchased the Sims 3 worlds bundle on origin. I received my codes, so when I went on the sims3.com/myaccount and clicked on redeem a code it keeps telling me that the site is down and that an expert is looking at it. But if I visit the site via a proxy it shows me that the site is not down. However I still can not log in via the proxy. How can I redeem my code, cause I can not get my money back on origin.

    try clear the internet cache and switching browsers if your on google chrome swutch to IE or firefox

  • You need to contact a Customer Support game advisor for this

    2. Set your language to US at the bottom
    3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
    4. Describe your issue with a few words
    5. Click on Find a Solution
    6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
    7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
    8. Select Platform: PC
    9. Click Find solution
    10. Scroll down and click I still need help
    11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
