Redeem code wont work
When I try to redeem my codes though the sims 3 website, it will not go through, it just loads and loads until it times out. I try to check my purchase history to see if items went through anyways, and sometimes the page will load (not showing any of the items I entered codes for) and other times the page will load saying the page is down, and that someone is working on it. but everything else on the sims 3 website loads fine. it has been doing this for 6 hours. I also cannot login through the login button on the top left corner. I can only successfully login after pressing redeem a code. plese help
