Redeem product code error
I opened EA and redeemed a product code that I recieved through an email from Target. It told me the product code was redeemed and was successful, but the stuff pack which the code was for is not anywhere to be found. After having redeemed the code on EA, I realized the email said specifically to redeem on Origin using your EA account, which is my fault. But now I cannot use my code and I want to know if there is a way to still use my stuff pack since I paid for it and redeemed the code on EA, supposedly successfully.
Also, is there a different between using The Sims 3 through Origin and using The Sims 3 through the Launcher on the desktop? Would that be part of the issue? I usually open my laptop, open the The Sims 3 shortcut on the desktop, and open the game through the Launcher. I try to avoid Origin because it always gives me problems, but the code has caused me to come face-to-face with Origin and it’s backwards way of gaming.
I would appreciate a speedy response! I was hoping to play tonight and use these stuff packs, as there are 5 in total that I’m having this issue with, and it seems that it’s out of my hands now since no one is available in EA for Customer Service!
