Redeemed code on an old account (the sims 3)

Hey, so I have two sims 3 discs (original game + pets add-on) on which i used both codes about 8 years ago (still have the codes), but I am not sure on which account.
The main problem is that i am from Czech republic and calling the EA support team is not an opinion here.
However, i still have the game download avaliable on my old computer I used to play it on, but it can´t run the game anymore as it is too old (But isn´t logged on the account in there).
So my question is, is there any way of contacting the support in here? (I can speak english so there isn´t problem with different language)
Or at least, is there anyone who experienced kind of same problem? I am trying to recover my sims games for a while now but still didn´t find a way to do so.

  • @Hajdok11  When you open the EA Help site in a browser window, you can set your location to U.S. or U.K. in that window, and you may get the option to do a live chat.  If you don't, then try selecting a slightly different category of issue.  Live chat is actually better than a phone call in many cases.

    For each disc, take a photo showing the disc itself, its case, and the product code.  Upload these photos when you're submitting the help request.
