Reedem old code

Question

Hi, I recently have started playing the sims 3 again. I bought all the expansions years ago on CD. I see some of them stayed on my EA as “already owned”, however some didn’t. I still have all the boxes, cds and codes for the expansion packs. When I try to put in the code they don’t work, I imagine this is due to expiration. My laptop does not have a disk import for me to put the disk in. Is there anyway I could fix this problem? I don’t want to have to buy the expansion packs again when I already have them.

@lunasims186&nbsp; The codes shouldn't expire, but it's possible you used them already, perhaps in a different account.&nbsp; If you're not sure what happened to them, contact EA customer support for help.&nbsp; Take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the serial number (clearly readable).&nbsp; You can upload these when you submit the help request.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
