Registering an already installed game (by me)

Question

I bought The Sims 3 just after it came out and couldnt register it as I had no internet acess on the computer at that time.

Now, I have the same computer with the same installed game connected to the internet I would like to register the game but it won't let me as it says its an invalid/already used code but it was already used by me to install the game, not anyone else!

Is there anything i can do?

Your using discs? If it's stating you already registered them you must have registered them

You need to download origin https://www.origin.com/en-us/download

Open Origin at desktop and you should find download verisons of your game in Origin. Origin will also patch your game as you no longer need to install each ep one at a time. All you do is patch the base game to most current patch 1.67 and then add EPs.
