I bought this game used because my old game was damaged....so now I cannot register this game. I had to make a brand new account too and have nothing on here....Can someone help me retrieve my old account OR can I get a new code.
I do want to buy the new game soon, but wanted to play Sims 3 after many years.
unfortunately second hand/used games cannot be reregistered nor transferred to another account the code is tied to the original owners account
on the other hand since you had an account and cannot remember the account details for lost/forgotten/merge accounts contact CS they may be able to assist with finding that account and perhaps help with your original game if it was ever registered
