Summarize your bug When I try to download the Generations expansion pack for Sims 3, I get an error.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I press download it immediately errors
What happens when the bug occurs? A pop up appears saying, "There's a problem with your download"
What do you expect to see? The ability to install my expansions

I have gone thorough all the steps that are usually recommended. Like these here:
I too am having this problem but this is the message that I see

I spoke with support.
After trying many of their suggestions we both came to the conclusion that it was an issue on their end and they said they are working on it. So I guess we just wait? Please let me know if you are eventually able to get this to work, I guess I'll just keep trying every few days. 😞
