My worlds disappeared

I decided to start playing the sims 3 again.
I haven´t play it for a few years.
I installd all the expansions and was ready to start playing.
To my suprise, the following worlds were missing :

Monte Vista
Barnacle Bay
Riverview
Midnight Hollow
They were not availble in the game.

So, I contacted EA for help.
I have spent an incredible number of hours chatting with them to solve this issue.
I give up, I can´t keep explaning the same things over and over and being asked to do the same steps repeatedly when nothing helps.
I also get disconnected from the chat if I take too long to respond.
(using google translate since I don`t speak Eng fluently)

I decided to just play with the world I still had, Hidden Springs.
After about 26 hours, I was suddenly logged out for no reason.
The game shut down unexpectedly while my sims was planting crops.

When I logged in again, I couldn´t play my saved game because the expension pack I needed was no longer available during the time I was randomly logged out.

I tried once again to get help from EA support, but it seems impossible.

My worlds are listed in my purchase history.
I have the codes for them.
But no matter what I do, they won´t appear in my library.
And not in the game.

Someone who has advice to give?
