Downloading already purchased Items failed Sims 3

I have been playing sims 3. Although I did buy Sims 4. I prefer Sims 3. I went to my purchase history to download my packs in the Sims 3 store and some are saying that I do no own even though its under my purchase history. (I know that I have bought them I've played them).  How do I get my stuff to download. This is Sunlit tides, Lucky Palms, and even hidden springs etc.
