Roaring Heights not showing up on the launcher

Hello, a few months ago i bought the world Roaring Heights via the EA app next i went on the store website to redeem the code but problem the world never showed up on the sims 3 launcher so i could ...

spinnysims2  You should have received an email confirmation for the purchase, and that confirmation should have included a product code.  Please see the thread I linked above for more information.
