Save corrupted? Wont go past loading screen.

Hi, recently i started playing the sims, and have 2 expansions (Pets and supernatural.) After playing for a few days, my sims started to act weird, namely my werewolf Sim, he wouldnt transform and he'd sometimes walk around completely nude, go to job nude and wouldnt change for anything. When the full moon arrived, he wouldnt complete the transformation process, and was stuck withouth being able to do any actions. I closed the game, and when i reopened it, the town wont load past like 98%, and will just sit there until i terminate the program.

I do not have any addons installed and my computer is working fine, my drivers are updated and i tried running the game with no programs and still it wont go past 98%. I tried uninstalling, and when i put the "saves" folder to keep my old town, the game stuck at 98% again.
