dettamort All the errors in your dxdiag are serious crashes of the graphics driver. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html
Please use the second-oldest driver available on this page, dated December 5:

That way, if you need to install a newer driver, you can do so without clean-uninstalling your current one. But it doesn't work the other way around: you'd always need to DDU a newer driver to install an older one.
However, the issue may not be the driver so much as the fact that your computer's graphics chip is very weak by Sims 3's standards. I'm not saying you can't play, and I'll try to help you get the game stable, but there might not be a way to do that.
When testing, please play only in Sunset Valley for now, at least until we get the game running okay (if that happens). If you use NRaas mods, add them back, with the exception of StoryProgression, which is the only one that makes the game more demanding. Don't use any other mods or any custom content.
If you still get crashes, load the game to the Main Menu and lower all the graphics settings to the minimum. Disable Advanced Rendering and enable object hiding. Then quit to desktop before loading a save. If you still see crashing even in this scenario, please list the expansion packs you have installed.
