Save Resets After Edit Town

Are you specifically using NRaas ErrorTrap, Overwatch, and MasterController? If not, I would suggest adding all three now. Then run an MC town reset (click City Hall or the University admin building and select NRaas > MC > Town Options > Reset Everything), then save, quit, delete the cache files, reload, and see whether the same thing happens. For reference, the cache files are:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
And again, I'd test in your sims' homeworld, sending them back home if necessary, to confirm that the issue isn't limited to a vacation world. You can use "save as" to rename the save if you don't want them to go home yet.
