Vendy22399 Is OneDrive running on your computer? If so, try pausing syncing. To see the option, right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, or perhaps hidden in the Tray (^ icon).
If that doesn't help, let me know about OneDrive, and also list the location of the Documents directory, as designated by Windows. Search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command, starting with reg query:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
