NinjaAibou707 You could see whether NRaas Overwatch flags her as overdue for her birthday and ages her up, or whether it tries to and you get a scripterror. This would only work if she's in an inactive household, and you could change her age with MC if necessary. Overwatch tends to flag a sim stuck aging the first night and then fix it one or two nights later.
Aside from that, how disappointed would you be to have to recreate her? Family relationships can be recreated with MC, as can friendships, skills, etc., although not everything.
I went back in game and waited about 3 days after her birthday while she was in an inactive household, but unfortunately Overwatch did not pick up on her being stuck aging. I think my only option now unfortunately is to recreate her. I really appreciate all of your help though, thank you for taking the time to offer your advice.
