Sims 3 - Moving sims from sunset valley to another town glitch??

Question

I recently was playing my fmaily of 4 and 1 dog sims and they were in sunset valley. i had them move to another town (hidden springs) &amp; to a new house. the normal page comes up saying "click check mark to accept" bleh bleh bleh and then a "loading" or "proceeding" screen pops up in the middle, and it won't load the game. i waited 3 hours before i just gave up and quit. i quit my game and made a new one, and it still is doing the same thing. i can't play it. can't move them into a new house. or town. and if the loading/proceeding comes up it'll go away sometimes and it'll just show the town from the top view without the skill bar on the bottom left. what should i do?? please help! c:

@odorsey2&nbsp;are you able to access them still in Sunset Valley?&nbsp;

Did you try to move them through the phone/computer? It generally causes problems.&nbsp;

If you can still access them from before when you moved them, go to edit town and save them to the library. Then go the main menu, create a new save in the town you want and place them in the world as your active family.&nbsp;
