Sims 3 - Store content not visable in game since move to EA App

Summarize your bug Since EA App replaced Origin I cannot use sims 3 store content in my game. Even though I have reinstalled, deleted, re downloaded and reinstalled the whole game. I've tried downlaoding from in game dash, running as admin, EVERYTHING. I've contacted customer service many times and get terrible emails ignoring what I am saying and suggesting I try graphics drivers?? Thats nothing to do with store cotnent working previously on origin but no longer working on EA App. I would like an answer and fix please. To be clear: I purchased and owned the store content. downloaded it from the sims 3 store, installed it using the launcher. It shows under downloads and installed tabs. Run the game with expansions - no store content. close the game and open launcher again, there is NOTHING in installed tab but my items are still in downloads. HELP!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ea app interfers with sims 3 launcher and installs

    Same here I've had this problem since October when my Origin app forced me to download the EA app. It's so frustrating because EA customer service is absolutely no help. I even got a new computer recently and the same issue applies. EA broke the game.

    @nicolegal  Did you download fresh copies of your store items on the new computer, or did you try to reuse your existing downloads or the existing user folder from your old computer?  The store content does need to be downloaded and installed again, but it should then work.

    Please start with a clean user folder, as in, move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to create a new folder, and download and install your store content into that folder a little at a time.  You can move your saves and other data over later; for now, just let me know whether this works.

    @puzzlezaddict Hi, i still don't understand what to do. I own the basic game, the late night and the Seasons (which i paid for). I also paid for the Monte Vista and the Roaring Heights Gold Edition. The game says that I own this add-on but they're not in the downloaded stuff. They don't exist in the game when I open it.

    If Late Night or Seasons isn't loading in-game, make sure it's checked off in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff tab.  If one or both packs aren't listed there at all, let me know whether they show as installed in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
