Sims 3 - store purchase error
Hi there,
I used 'Make me an offer' to get Aurora Skies along with some other store content, however the purchase wouldn't go through at the time, so I clicked 'make another offer'. I guess I pressed it twice though because the items now show up in my purchase history twice.
I just wonder if there's a way to get a refund on store purchases because... I'm now down a lot of sim points 😞

Hate to hear you were double-charged for your Sims points! Live support will need to look into this for you to get a refund on that extra charge- here on AHQ, we wouldn't be able to look into your account details with you.
