Sims 3 add ons not showing up as owned and code

I have tried downloading The Sims 3 to a new laptop after years and years and only 3 add ons are showing up as owned out of about 20. I can't see them in My Page on The Sims 3 website or the EA website or the App. I tried adding them in under redeem codes but that is coming up with an error of already being used. Any ideas where to go next or if there is an actual email address for support team? Thanks!

Please check if you have a second code that was included with each of your DLC, if you have a second code, try redeeming this other code as well.

Have you ever redeemed these codes previously, or is this your first time ever registering these codes?

I have redeemed them before yes so they should be under my games but they're not in there. This also was the case with all the other add ons I've had and it let me either register them or redeem the codes but just won't work with 3 of them. The support team said they can't match those codes to the packs so they can't help.

Please double-check your codes to verify if they're for extra content for your packs, like the Quantum Power content for Into the Future, or if these codes are for the DLC.

Maybe that's it! It's the into the future one, university life and island paradise. Didn't know there's a difference between the add ons. Any ideas if they need to be dowloaded differently?
