camagatha Please try playing in a new admin account on your Mac. Don't link it to your Apple ID; you can skip that step. Repair the game in the EA App (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair), then launch the game and see how it goes. Your saves and other user data won't be available, but that's fine for the purposes of this test and can be addressed later.
If this doesn't help, please disable or remove Malwarebytes, temporarily, and test again. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe. And frankly, a third-party antivirus isn't necessary on a Mac for regular use anyway, as the OS has robust protections against malware.

I tried disabling my anti virus but it doesn't work, now everytime I reach the second loading screen the game crashes and exit. Will try to play as a new admin and let you know.

Hello I can't seem to be able to play from another account in my computer, it still doesn't work and crashes on the second loading screen
