Sims 3 Blackberry Bold 9780

This game has a lot of terrible reviews but I paid and downloaded it anyways because I love the Sims. Gameplay is choppy but good and I was having a great time until I decided to upgrade my house a second time. The game crashes and will not start again afterwards. If there is no fix for this I want my money back.
