  • mine just keeps crashing on my new Gaming Laptop MSI 15 Thin  B13VE 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H (2.10 GHz) NVidia RTX 4050

and tried to uninstalled to reinstalled then repaired and it keeps showing my documents with many files and folders with red x

what  is going on with my game?

how do I add a photo?

  • EndlessSims3  When does the game crash: when you try to open it, as you're loading a save, in CAS, in  Build/Buy, during the run of play?  Is there any pattern to the crashing?  If you can at least load a save, what world(s) are you playing in, and does the game run better in Sunset Valley?  And if you use mods or custom content, does it help to play without them?  I'm not saying you can't use mods or cc, only that this is a useful test.

The red X on your files and folders is likely from OneDrive, which is trying and failing to sync some of your data.  If you'd like to get rid of OneDrive, or at least keep it away from your Sims 3 content, please see this post and choose whatever option works best for you:
